Registration Rates & Fees

Please note: The Early Registration deadline is September 20, 2026. Registrations after this date are charged the Late rate. All prices are in EURO (€); the online payment system processes the equivalent amount in AED (shown in grey). A full paper registration (item 1, 2, 3 or 10) is required before adding a second/third paper.

Bank charges: All bank commissions and charges are on the account of the ordering customer. The full fee must reach the ICRERA account — please inform your bank when ordering the transfer.

Western Union: Fees may be sent to Ilhami COLAK. After the transfer, email the document with your Paper ID and attendee name to icrera@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation request must be sent by email to icrera@gmail.com.
Before September 20, 2026: 25% of the fee is deducted.
September 20 – September 25, 2026 (included): 50% of the fee is deducted.
After September 25, 2026: No refund (100% deducted).

If a paper is included in the program and not presented on time, the registration fee is not refunded and the paper will not be published in IEEE Xplore. In the event of a dispute, the only competent court is the Court of Turkey.
